Lympstone Manor is a 5* luxury resort located between Exeter and Exmouth. We are seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to lead service with passion, ensuring unforgettable guest experiences and teamwork across the Food and Beverage team.

The role offers a salary of £35,000 plus a generous monthly tronc share, full-time hours, and extensive staff benefits in a Relais & Châteaux property known for excellence and distinctive hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in five-star hospitality environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Being a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift.
• Following the hotel’s Standards of Order and Service at all times.
• Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Proactively communicating to colleagues and line managers customer feedback.
