Job summary

Michael Caines Ltd. at Lympstone Manor, a 5* luxury venue between Exeter and Exmouth, seeks a Head Waiter/Waitress. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service as a focal point for guests and staff, in a high-end setting renowned for Michelin and Relais & Châteaux standards.

You will join a dedicated F&B team, with a competitive pay package (£35,000.00 base) plus a generous monthly tronc share, and full-time hours. Experience in luxury hotels is desirable.
