Job summary

Lympstone Manor, a 5* luxury Relais & Chateaux property between Exeter and Exmouth in Devon, is seeking a Pool House Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team and uphold exceptional brand standards.

You will be a real host, focused on guest service, manage budgets and payroll, oversee Health and Safety, and coordinate the rota with your manager to deliver memorable experiences. This is a full-time role with generous service charges and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Leading the Pool House and guest interactions with professional, friendly service.
• Managing budgets, forecasts and payroll, while ensuring payroll accuracy.
• Upholding Health and Safety and training departmental staff to standards.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with guests in a professional, friendly and confident manner
• Demonstrating a good understanding of budget, forecast and payroll
• Managing Health and Safety Policy and Procedures of the department
• Being the point of contact between customer and Head Chef during service
• Effectively managing the rota system in line with business objectives
