5 Hertford Street is a beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, providing the utmost comfort where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Chef de Rang to join our Upper Floor Restaurant team.

• Preparing the restaurant mise-en-place for various shifts
• Presenting and serving food to guests with proper sequence and timing
• Mentioning the name of the dish to the client and explaining some of the dishes upon request

Experience & Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar position is essential
• Experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member’s club is advantageous

Working Hours

The working hours are on a rota basis with shifts between Monday and Saturday. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays, and throughout Christmas each year.
