The Peninsula London is pleased to announce we are seeking a Bar Chef de Rang to join the team within our Brooklands Bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Commis Waiters and delivering high levels of service.
Brooklands restaurant offers contemporary European cuisine under the guidance of Michelin-starred Chef Director, Claude Bosi, one of Britain's leading culinary lights. The venue features top-flight libations and cigars in a collection of distinctive spaces inspired by British aviation and motorsport eras.
The venue, designed by London architects Archer Humphryes, includes a sleek main dining room and a sweeping outdoor terrace with panoramic views of London's skyline, including landmarks like St Paul’s, the London Eye, Battersea, and over three Royal Parks (Hyde Park, Green Park, and St James’ Park).
