Job summary

Mint People is seeking a reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a busy farm shop with an on-site restaurant in Skipton, England. This role offers daytime shifts and an initial two weeks of ongoing work, with scope for extension.

You will run your section during service, cook to a high standard, and work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to keep the kitchen running smoothly. A strong focus on food hygiene, teamwork, and consistency is essential.

Chef de Partie – Farm Shop & Restaurant

We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy farm shop with an on-site restaurant. This is a great opportunity for a reliable chef looking for daytime shifts, with 2 weeks of ongoing work available.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section during service, preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, and ensuring all food is presented consistently. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
