Qualifications

• Current Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up.
• Experience in fresh-food or Rosette-level kitchens.
• Passion for seasonal British produce.
• Organised, reliable and calm in service.

Responsibilities

• Run your section during prep and service.
• Deliver clean, well-executed dishes at Rosette level.
