Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is sourcing a Chef de Partie for a busy country pub near King's Lynn, Norfolk. You will work under the Head Chef in a Rosette-standard kitchen, helping to deliver an all-fresh menu and supervise junior staff.

The role is five days a week, with opportunities for career progression within the company. You should have experience in AA Rosette environments, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised; own transport is preferred due to location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or junior chef.
• Experience in AA Rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs.
• Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
• Preparing Restaurant & Bar Meals.
