With at least 6 months' experience in a Chef de Partie role (ideally from a 1–2 Rosette background), you will contribute to a vibrant, luxury hospitality environment across our Harbour Hotels properties.

• At least 6 months experience as Chef de Partie.
• Ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
