The Station House in Cheadle Hulme is hiring a Chef de Partie to join a high-volume kitchen at Almond Family Pubs. You will support the HeadChef and Sous Chef, lead a section and help deliver consistent, quality dishes in a busy service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen operations.

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day operations.
• Run a specific kitchen section and ensure consistency.
• Maintain hygiene, stock levels and portion control.
• Mentor junior staff and work to service deadlines.
