Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking a Chef de Partie for a prestigious Oxford college on a full-time basis. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, help implement and monitor the Food Safety Management system, and ensure high standards of presentation and teamwork in a busy kitchen.

Working 40 hours per week over five days, including weekends and evenings, with a starting salary of £29,179 - £33,002.

Aufgaben

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chefs with the implementation, auditing, recording and document control of the Food Safety Management system.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and behaviour at all times.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
• Provide cover in all kitchen production areas.
• Assist with stock rotation, stock control and stock take procedures under direction of Head Chef/Sous Chefs.
• Assist with receipt of deliveries and storage of goods if necessary.
