Qualifications

• Fine-dining experience and ability to produce high-standard dishes.
• Ability to interpret and adapt recipes for menus.
• Good English communication and team collaboration.
• Basic food hygiene level 2 certification.
• Knowledge of HACCP and COSHH principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to the highest standard in your section under chefs.
• Assist with training of apprentice chefs.
• Adhere to portion control and waste reduction.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene regulations.
