Job summary

HR-CL Limited is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a private school kitchen in Oxford. You will run your own section and prepare fresh, high-quality meals for pupils and staff, with daytime hours and no evenings or weekends.

Requirements include prior Chef de Partie experience or strong Commis, knowledge of food safety/allergens and a Level 2+ food hygiene certificate; Enhanced DBS is required. The role supports the Head Chef in a busy, friendly team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis ready to step up.
• Good knowledge of food safety and allergens.
• Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 or above) preferred.
• Organised, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Enhanced DBS certificate required.
