Job summary

Soho House in London is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences to members and guests. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the club’s philosophy, demonstrate technical expertise, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strict hygiene and allergy controls.

You will contribute to menu development, participate in training, and uphold HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate technical kitchen expertise and strong understanding of kitchen operations.
• Contribute to menu development and ensure allergy procedures and dietary requirements are followed.
• Act as a role model to junior kitchen staff and provide training.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, HACCP compliance, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to high standards.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy periods and events.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergy, hygiene, and health standards.
• Lead mise en place and prep tasks to ensure readiness for service.
• Mentor Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie and share kitchen knowledge.
