Megan’s Restaurants is seeking a confident Chef de Partie to lead a busy kitchen section. You’ll own prep through service, ensuring quality, pace and organisation, while supporting teammates and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Solid kitchen experience with strong basic cooking skills.
• Ability to take ownership from prep through service.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of your section, prep, stock, and organisation for every service.
• Cook and plate dishes to Megan’s recipes with consistency and quality.
• Maintain pace, communicate with the team, and control waste and portioning.
• Support junior chefs and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
