Job summary

Megan's Restaurants is seeking a capable Supervisor to join our premium, fast-paced kitchen. You will ensure dishes are prepared accurately to the recipe, look fantastic on the pass, and help train and lead our team to deliver exceptional service.

Ideally, you have prior Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef experience in a branded fresh-food kitchen, with a passion for consistency, cleanliness, and staff development. Opportunities exist for progression across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in premium fresh-food kitchens.
• Able to lead and train a busy kitchen team to a high standard.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes are prepared to recipe spec and plated beautifully.
• Lead and train the kitchen team to maintain high performance.
