About the job Chef de Partie - Milton Keynes

Hospitality2day are looking for Chef de Parties to join our team and work Along side ourclient on a long term contract that may lead topermanent positions.

Chef roles can have duties from assisting the head chef to helping and managingstocktake.All shifts are Monday to Friday working between 7:00 and 4pm and overtime is also available.

Duties as a chef de Partie:

• Assisting in the food preparation process
• Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
• Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
• Assisting the Head Chef and team on site
• Cleaning stations
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

Work Experience

• Previous Catering experience as a Chef preferably within high volume restaurants or contract catering environment (min 3 years working experience)
• Confident working in a busy kitchen
• Experience in producing food of a high quality.
• A current level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen certificate
