Stafffinders is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a prestigious hotel in the Scottish Highlands. Live-in accommodation and a salary of £33,500 per year accompany the role, with tips, staff events, and ongoing training on offer.

You will run a section, prepare and present dishes, help manage costs, and support junior kitchen staff while upholding strict hygiene and safety standards in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a high-end 4- or 5-star hotel kitchen.
• Experience working to a minimum 2 AA Rosette standard.
• Valid driving licence and own transport.

Aufgaben

• Run your own section, preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes.
• Help manage food costs and use locally sourced ingredients.
• Contribute ideas to menu development and train junior staff.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy services.
