Job summary

Stafffinders is seeking a Chef de Partie for a luxury hospitality venue in Renfrewshire. The role offers £31,000 per annum, full-time and permanent employment, with opportunities to showcase culinary expertise within a high-end team.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of Chef de Partie experience in luxury settings, Level 2 Food Hygiene, strong culinary and presentation skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene or higher required.
• Strong culinary skills and presentation-focused cooking.
• Ability to organise and manage your section during busy services.
• Creative approach to cooking with seasonal ingredients.
• Strong English communication and team collaboration.
• Calm, professional attitude under pressure with high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner and banqueting services.
• Own and manage your designated kitchen section during busy periods.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and new techniques.
• Maintain hygiene, kitchen organisation and stock management throughout shifts.
