Chef De Partie - London

Company Description


Searcys is looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team at our unique venue at IOD.

As a Chef De Partie at Searcys, you will be an ambassador for our brand, delivering memorable food experiences. You will support the Sous/Head Chef in daily operations and mentor junior kitchen staff.

116 Pall Mall is a historic Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in central London, designed by John Nash. It features traditional meeting rooms and glamorous ballrooms.

Job Details

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
  • Hours per week: 45 (subject to business needs)
  • Salary: £36,579 package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-standard food in various sections as required
  • Assist with functions and events
  • Maintain high standards across dining areas
  • Manage client dining, staff restaurant, hospitality, and conference food services as directed
  • Train junior staff
  • Ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain hygiene and personal hygiene standards
  • Manage waste effectively
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Comply with legal requirements, including fire safety, security, and licensing
  • Perform other duties as requested by senior management

Qualifications:

  • Well-organized with strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High standards of food quality
  • Experience in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is desirable
