As our Chef de Partie, you will oversee a delegated section of the kitchen and coordinate junior members of the team to deliver quality service. This is a 48-hour full-time contract.

Aqua Shard brings the essence of modern London with inventive British cuisine and carefully crafted cocktails to Level 31 of The Shard, serving lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and brunch with stunning panoramic views of London.
