Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London

We're currently looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a forward-thinking culinary operation. Whether it's brunch on the rooftop, a busy dinner service, or a bespoke event, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food that reflects our East London spirit.

As Chef de Partie, you'll take full ownership of your section. You'll bring a calm and confident presence to the kitchen, ensuring that every dish is executed with precision and consistency. You'll support the Head and Sous Chefs in delivering creative, seasonal menus and will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

Salary: £35,811 per annum plus tronc
