Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie with clear ownership of a section.
• Experience in a busy kitchen with consistency in presentation.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• A team player who keeps the vibe positive and supports others.

Responsibilities

• Run a section and maintain consistency and presentation to spec.
• Prepare and plate dishes to the highest standards during busy service.
• Assist with kitchen organisation, stock checks and prep as needed.
• Support the team to deliver great guest experiences throughout service.
