Expect a 5 on / 2 off rota, seasonal or permanent contracts, and a strong focus on sustainability and development within a support-driven team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie with focus on consistency and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Run a section to brand standards and ensure consistent plating.
• Maintain strict food safety and allergen controls throughout service.
• Support busy service and help fellow cooks to keep pace.
