Job summary

The Running Horse in Littleton, Hampshire, part of Premium Village Inns, is seeking a Chef de Partie. Live-in accommodation is available and you’ll own your section, cooking fresh dishes to high standards while growing your career with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef stepping up.
• Love of good food with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section, keeping it prepared, organised and ready for service.
• Cook and present consistently delicious food, following recipes and standards.
• Work closely with Head Chef and wider team to deliver smooth services.
• Build skills across sections and seize learning opportunities.
• Support junior team members and share knowledge.
• Monitor stock, portions and waste.
• Maintain high food hygiene and allergen awareness.
