Upham Inns in Manchester is seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for fresh, high-quality food and strong team spirit. You will lead a section, mentor junior chefs, and assist the Head Chef to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.

The role requires an ability to maintain high standards, demonstrate leadership, and comply with health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar level position and aptitude for leadership.
• Able to run a section and maintain high standards at all times.
• Right to Work in the UK and compliance with health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality fresh food with flair.
• Be responsible for running a kitchen section and guiding juniors.
• Assist Head/Sous Chef for smooth kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and standards.
