Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role requires passion for fresh, seasonal dishes and the ability to work across at least two kitchen sections, following established recipes. Immediate onboarding is available with on-target earnings including TRONC.

You’ll be supported by bespoke training through our Stepping Stones programme, access to hospitality-specific benefits, and staff discounts across Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc.

About You

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
