Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie for its pub and brasserie brand. The role involves delivering high-quality, fresh dishes across multiple kitchen sections, following set recipes and standards.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in a service setting with intermediate knife skills.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• Experience delivering great quality and fresh food.

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

On Target Earnings £15.50 - £16 * (Including TRONC)

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
