Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the Brasserie Blanc kitchen in Chichester. You’ll work across multiple sections, follow recipes, and help us deliver fresh, seasonal dishes to our local community.

We offer a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings between £15.25 and £15.75 including TRONC. Benefits include training, staff discounts, and recognition across a growing estate.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
