Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You will deliver high-quality, fresh, seasonal dishes and be capable of stepping into at least two sections, following established recipes.

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

On Target Earnings £14.50 - £15*(Including TRONC)

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
