Job summary

Heartwood Inns is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across Heartwood Collection’s cosy pubs and brasseries. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC and on target earnings of £15–£15.50 including TRONC, with progression opportunities and a supportive Stepping Stones development programme.

About You

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
