BEST WESTERN Hotel de Havelet is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will manage a station, cook and present dishes, and help train junior staff while supporting the sous and head chefs in menu development.

We require Level 2 Food Hygiene, City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced Professional Cookery (or time served). Two years of kitchen experience is preferred, with flexibility for split shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced Professional Cookery or time served as a chef.

Aufgaben

• Manage a station within the kitchen; prepare, cook and present dishes.
• Train and supervise demi-chef de parties or commis.
• Assist sous chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
