Job summary

THE NICI Collection is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to take ownership of a kitchen section and deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.

You will manage your section, prepare and present dishes to THE NICI Collection standards, and support senior chefs during service while maintaining food safety and hygiene. This role offers opportunities for development with meals on duty, staff discounts, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Demi Chef de Partie.
• Passion for quality ingredients and great food.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain your designated kitchen section.
• Prepare and present dishes to company standards.
• Support senior chefs during service.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock rotation and waste control.
• Support the development of junior team members.
