Job summary

THE NICI Collection is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to own a kitchen section and deliver exceptional dishes for guests across our luxury hotels. You will play a vital role in service, upholding standards and contributing to a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Demi Chef de Partie.
• Passion for quality ingredients and great food.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section within our kitchen and help deliver exceptional food experiences for our guests.
