Job summary

THE NICI Collection in the United Kingdom is looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and leading a high-performing kitchen team.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain standards during service, manage stock, train junior chefs, and contribute to a collaborative, luxury-hotel culture with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef.
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food and hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
