Job summary

Recruit Genie is seeking a Chef de Partie to supervise a kitchen section and support the Sous Chef in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes. You will follow company recipes, manage stock and date labelling, and ensure a clean, well-organised kitchen.

Candidates with Commis Chef or Demi Chef De Partie experience and hotel/restaurant background will be preferred. Food hygiene qualifications are a plus, and a strong team ethic is essential for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Essential: experience at Commis Chef or Demi Chef De Partie level.
• Desirable: relevant Food Hygiene qualifications.
• Experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise your section and assist the Sous Chef to ensure high standards of food preparation.
• Follow Company guidelines and recipes to maintain consistency in food quality.
• Assist in the control of all food supplies and purchases, using date labelling processes.
• Maintain full knowledge of all menu items and their service.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times.
