THE NICI Collection is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section within our kitchen and deliver exceptional food experiences. You will manage your designated section, prepare and present dishes to high standards, and support senior chefs during service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Demi Chef de Partie.
• Passion for quality ingredients and great food.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
