Qualifications

• 2 year’s experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food in assigned kitchen section (grill, pasta, meat & fish, or pastry).
• Ensuring food prep and cooking follows recipes and quality standards.
• Managing your kitchen section and supervising any junior staff.
• Keeping your section clean, organised and equipment maintained.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service and adherence to food safety policy.
• Maintaining records of food inventory, prep and waste for your section.
• Treating everyone with respect and staying calm under pressure.
