Job summary

Beaufort is seeking a Chef de Partie for our busy gastro-pub in London. You will be a hands-on, creative cook delivering fresh, seasonal British food alongside a friendly team.

The role offers access to internal development programs, apprenticeship routes, masterclasses, and staff discounts, plus weekly pay and a pension scheme. Free meals are provided, with opportunities to grow under the Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef seeking next step.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food.
• Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Willingness to learn new skills and communicate well in a team.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes with Head Chef.
• Strong planning and organisational skills for GP and labour control.
• Pro-active in driving sales and growth with kitchen/front-of-house teams.
