Beaufort is seeking a Chef de Partie for our vibrant gastro-pub, known for seasonal British dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. You will work closely with the Head Chef to produce quality, fresh food and maintain high standards during every service.

• Help manage kitchen controls, stock and GP/labour during shifts.
