The Boathouse in Putney invites applications for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef to produce quality fresh food in a welcoming environment, while developing with internal programmes.

Qualifications

• Existing CDP or excellent Commis Chef seeking next step with a passion for fresh food.
• Willingness to learn and contribute as a hands-on kitchen supervisor.
• Creative ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to control GP and labour.
• Proactive approach to driving sales through kitchen-front collaboration.
