The salary is £27,000 per year with paid overtime and 33 days annual leave (pro rata). The location is Christchurch, near Bournemouth and the New Forest, with a supportive team culture and development

Qualifications

• CDP or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience in holiday park or hospitality environment.
• Strong team ethic and good communication.
• Flexible to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Attention to detail and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to a high and consistent standard.
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Work with the team to deliver busy-service efficiency.
• Contribute ideas to menus and specials.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Support junior chefs and build a positive kitchen culture.
