Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Passion for fresh food, quality and consistency.
• Confidence in supporting and motivating a kitchen team.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to stay organized and calm during busy services.
• Reliable, positive attitude and hands-on approach.
• Ability to travel to the Christchurch area for work.
