Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is hiring a Chef de Partie for a vibrant kitchen in Henley-on-Thames. You will own your section, cook with fresh seasonal ingredients, and uphold our high standards of quality, presentation and safety.

The role offers a salary up to £33,000 per year, paid breaks, 28 days holiday, meals on duty, pension and ongoing training with clear career progression within a growing hotel and hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Calm, organised, and able to stay focused under pressure.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Creative, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of food quality.
• Flexible and able to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
• Keen to build a long-term career within a growing hotel and hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Running your section efficiently during service
• Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering outstanding food
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, allergen control, and safety standards
• Helping to minimise waste while maintaining quality
• Assisting and encouraging junior kitchen team members
