Job summary

Artemis is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our professional kitchen team at a busy wedding venue. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for food and excellent organisational skills, able to consistently produce high-quality dishes in a high-pressure environment.

You will work as part of a skilled kitchen brigade, following recipes and quality standards, while maintaining HACCP procedures and allergen controls to ensure top safety and hygiene throughout service.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for food and good organisational skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality dishes in a busy wedding venue.
• At least 2 years experience in a professional kitchen and knowledge of all kitchen sections.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard.
• Prepare, cook and present food in accordance with recipes, specifications and quality standards
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health and safety and cleanliness
• Follow HACCP procedures, allergen controls and kitchen safety regulations
• Monitor food quality, portion control and wastage
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with senior chefs and other kitchen staff
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and checking the quality of ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment at all times
