Job summary

Artemis is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to work in our busy wedding venue kitchen at Bassmead Manor Barns, Staploe. You will need to be self-motivated, calm under pressure with a passion for cooking using fresh ingredients. The role offers mornings 8.00am - 6.00pm and evenings 12.00pm - 10.00pm, and work over 7 days with rota set a month in advance.

Salary is £16.00 - £20.00 per hour. Candidates must have 2 years’ experience, be eligible to work full-time in the UK and have own

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role with references.
• Passion for cooking and a proven track record.
• Good communication skills and HACCP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-standard food and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Follow allergens policy and kitchen management procedures.
• Report to Head/Sous Chef and respond to emails.
• Use Checkit for daily kitchen management.
