Chef De Partie role based in Leicester for a private school. Temp-to-perm opportunity with a salary of £28,039 per annum. Work in a busy kitchen serving 900+ meals daily, with no late nights and a package including free parking, free meals, and pension life assurance.

Applicants should have Chef De Partie experience, knowledge of all sections, and Level 2 Food Hygiene Training. The role operates 06:00–20:00 on a rotating rota.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef De Partie in a mid-to-large dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of all kitchen sections and high standard hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Cook across stations in a high-volume kitchen.
• Prepare all fresh produce on site to a high quality.
• Contribute to events at the private school.
• Work on a rotational rota between kitchens (06:00–20:00).
