Job summary

PRS is partnering with a high-volume London restaurant owned by a Michelin-starred chef. We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen brigade, taking ownership of your section and delivering outstanding dishes.

You will work alongside Head Chef and Sous Chefs in a fast-paced, high-end environment, with responsibilities including mise en place, stock monitoring, hygiene standards, and collaboration with the team. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-quality or high-volume restaurant kitchen is essential.
• Michelin starred or Rosette kitchens experience is desirable.
• Strong cooking skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to work under pressure.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for food.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Managing your section and ensuring mise en place is ready for service
• Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Monitoring stock and minimising waste
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health and safety standards
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen environment
