Incipio Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead their section with passion and pride in a vibrant kitchen environment in London. You will prepare, cook and present dishes, assist with menu development, and help maintain health, safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy kitchen.
• Organised and able to manage sections in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Eager to learn and progress in a team environment.
• Solid food safety awareness and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes within the specialty section.
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
• Preparing meat & fish.
• Running your section, from starters, the grill, fryers or desserts.
• Assisting with the management of health and safety.
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.
• Monitoring portion and waste control.
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.
