Incipio Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant London kitchens. You will manage your section, craft dishes, and contribute to menu development while upholding kitchen safety and hygiene standards. A passion for food and strong organisation are essential.

You’ll work under Head and Sous Chefs, with opportunities for progression through a dedicated chef development programme and internal promotions as the business grows.

Competenze

• Must have passion for food and taste.
• Be organised and experienced in a busy kitchen.
• Desire to learn and progress within the business.
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude.
• Hold Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
• Ability to manage allergens awareness.

Mansioni

• Prepare, cook and present quality dishes in the specialty section.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu items and recipes.
• Prepare meat and fish components.
• Run your section across starters, grill, fryers or desserts.
• Assist with health and safety management.
• Assist with food hygiene practices.
• Monitor portion control and waste.
• Oversee kitchen and food safety standards.
